Another very frustrating morning for the lads, with an 'up-and-down' performance.
The highlight reel is excellent from today; wonderful phases, 2-on-1s executed well, lovely tip ons and organised phase play and classy tries as a result.
Our defence today was poor, however, and we allowed Mosborough too much opportunity to play and carry at us. We fell off tackles, allowed offloads, and didn't apply pressure.
In the first few minutes, despite possession, Dronfield coughed up the ball through errors and allowed 2 simple run-ins for Mosborough . The lads hit back with two of their own, the backs linking really well to put Isaac in in the corner, and Ollly in on the other.
A lack of physicality allowed Mosborough to dominate the middle. The boys struggled to complete tackles and halt the attack, conceding 3 more tries before the break, through missed tackles.
Not much changed in the 2nd half. Again, some fantastic attacking play, particularly from set piece and scrum turnover. Defensive energy and competitiveness was the difference today- the boys were not at the races physically.
The game ended with a well deserved win for Mosborough, 11 tries to 6. Far too many scored against us, and becoming a habit.
A few good passages in the videos below- particularly Owen's clearout to create quick ball for Tommy to score, and great hands from the boys on the edges to score.
There were some great individual performances: George Carlin back and firing, Olly Ellin strong in the midfield, Charlie Cooper a threat at the breakdown and Geoege Cartwright busy as usual, and very effective several times defending our line.

Best game we've seen. Two good tackles and busy at the breakdown. Several good carries to get us going forward.
Luther
Lots of energy today. Some good collision wins, particularly from a tip on. Made a linebreak and kept composed to complete a 2 on 1 to put Noah in for a try.
Owen
Huge presence across the park. Physical and competitive, good hands and effective clearouts. Very busy and constantly working.
